“They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool.”

“This location was especially clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The options at the breakfast buffet were plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!”

“There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. ”

“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. “This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so.
